Renewals subject to property manager approval. Rent Payments: First payment due within 48 hours of check-in. For multi-month leases, rent is due no later than the 3rd of each month. Payments made after this date may result in eviction.

It’s furnished with two full-over-queen bunk beds, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. This spacious room is perfect for kids, teens, or extra friends and includes its own Smart TV, making it a cozy retreat for both rest and entertainment.
