The Fisher House is a spacious and inviting three-bedroom home with a warm and cozy atmosphere. Located in the charming neighborhood of East Hill in Pensacola, this home is a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home, including cookware, dishes, pots and pans, and even a Keurig and drip coffee maker. You'll also find a washer and dryer on the property for your convenience.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa and two recliners, perfect for relaxing and streaming movies on the 65" SmartTV. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the house. Linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed with SmartTV, a dresser, nightstands, and an ensuite half bathroom. The other two bedrooms are also furnished with queen-sized beds, nightstands, and closets for clothing storage. The second bathroom has a tub-shower combo.

The backyard is fully fenced and features a deck with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a meal or relaxing with a good book. There is also a gas grill available for outdoor cooking.

The Fisher House is located within three miles of Pensacola International Airport, four miles from Downtown Pensacola, and only nine miles from the beautiful Pensacola Beach. Two bicycles are available for your use to explore the area, but please remember that Florida law requires helmets for anyone under 16 riding a bicycle. Bring your own helmets, and ride at your own risk.

For parking, there is carport and driveway. If needed, there is street parking as well. There are three steps into the house from the paver sidewalk to the doorway.

We use tv streaming; please remember to bring your personal account and password information to access your favorite streaming services.

If you leave your pet on the premises, the pet must be kenneled for their safety, the safety of maintenance staff, and to avoid unintentional damage. Do not allow your pet on the furniture. Be aware of local risks to your pet, such as wildlife and pests. All pets who visit must be treated for fleas and ticks. Your pet must be under control at all times. Please do not allow your pet to relieve themselves indoors, on patios, decks, or balconies. Please clean up all pet waste. Any waste left behind will result in a $100.00 fine. Be aware of local laws, ordinances, and rules regarding animals. The Pet fee is $100 plus applicable tax. Booking guest accepts responsibility for any and all damage to property or persons resulting from a Service Animal or Pet hosted under the reservation, including, but not limited to: feces, urine, chewing, scratching, or destruction of property.
