Also, there's an outdoor shower next to your front porch. The home is equipped with all appliances including washer and dryer. The pearl light grey terrazzo floors have been beautifully diamond polished and there is tile in the primary suite. The newly painted interior has light neutral colors and the new furnishings have a tropical vibe. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with soaker tub and separate shower. The two bedrooms are situated at opposite ends which provide privacy. NSB has a perfect vibe for wonderful winter stays-both on the island and a short drive to golf courses, boating, racing, and night life a short distance on the mainland. The desirable location is a short walking distance to lots of quaint shops/restaurants yet located far enough to relax/dine in the private courtyard or ocean side front porch or to sip your morning coffee on the bench with beach access only three steps down to the super soft sand beach.
